What are thoughts on exploitation of employees by big gaming companies in the video game industry... it's because everything has be rolled out so fast it's a very stressful job and most game devs are overworked and underpaid and also unpaid for the extra hours ...this dark side of the gaming industry doesn't make me feel it's a good industry to enter and this is the situation in top companies like EA, Rockstar etc
