When you enter your menopausal years. You may not realize at first what is happening to you. You wonder if the room is getting warm. You wonder why you are so short with your kids or your spouse. You wake in the night, and can’t get back to sleep. It can be a little unnerving at times. But, just as in adolescence. You will survive this rite of passage and live to tell the tale. There are women who have very few symptoms or problems as they pass through menopause. But most have at least some temporary symptoms. And some struggle with problems that really disrupt their lives. Like what my sister went through before help from Bio tex clinic. Exploring natural remedies for menopause is the holistic approach in trying to relieve menopausal symptoms. If this sounds like something you want to try, soy products, black cohosh, herbs and oils are a good direction to take. Soy products, soy milk, tofu, and edamame are very popular and can even be found in many restaurants.

So should I just assume that since I still have a few years to turn 40 that the reason I'm experiencing perimenopause symptoms is because I have cancer that's undiagnosed?
