Bourbon cocktail: Amaretto Sour Recipe

This cocktail will be another staple in my household. Amaretto Sours are often messed up, but a well balanced one is absolutely amazing. This cocktail is also very approachable so I will often make this for my loved ones that aren't a huge fan of spirit forward cocktails.

Great looking cocktail! Absolutely right that fresh citrus is the way to go!
(there's also some shelf stable cocktail foamers which you can use instead of egg whites if you want)

I haven't had one of these in ages! (probably because they were all made poorly) I will definitely try this out. The chickpea/garbanzo thing is called aquafaba btw. To me it sounds worse than egg whites, but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. I have yet to try it.
