This tutorial explains how to add/import a new component in Fritzing if it not available in the library. In this video, the flame sensor Arduino module (KY-026) library is downloaded and then imported in the Fritzing.

Note: It is not a simulator so it does not simulate the circuit. You can check out out some other simulators here
