The Carnictis is probably the most horrifying death I've ever seen. Peter Jackson's Skull Island is on another level in terms of brutality.

Props to Peter Jackson for making one of the darkest Skull Islands to date. We have a few _T. rex_ like beasts in this island.

I met Andy Serkis at a con once, told him despite playing Gollum and a couple of SW roles being eaten by 'the cock monster' in Kong is his most memorable scene to me. He seemed to genuinely find it funny

The scene where Lumpy dies is really well executed. One of the haunting things about it is that we never see him officially die. We're just left with the image of him screaming for his life as he gets devoured.

When you see all these possibilities, it really makes you think how lucky characters like Jack, Ann, Carl, Englehorn, and Jimmy are to go through Skull Island and live to tell the tale

Peter Jackson's version of Skull Island is absolute nightmare fuel compared to the other versions of the island. Almost all of the Skull Island variants are scary but the Peter Jackson version makes the others look kid friendly in comparison. The surface of the island is bad enough, the stuff you will find in the chasms and deep caves of the island are absolutely horrifying. You could just leave Kong to protect the surface but those chasms have things that are straight up unholy and we need to send in the Doomslayer to purge that place in holy fire.

I remember being 13 when this movie came out and the Carnictis scene scared the absolute life of out me. Probably one of the worst ways to go ever in a movie.

Yes finally!
After 18 years, it's so good to see the creatures of Skull Island's Peter Jackson.

Oh man... This version of Skull Island is more brutal than I remembered.

Man, imagine if they made a survival game based on Skull Island. Like no modern day weaponry, no metal, no bullet proof vests, just whatever you can find on the island.

Peter Jackon's Skull Island is truly fascinating, I really wish there was more media exploring it and its bizzare and wonderful creatures

This channel never fails to amaze me. Hopefully, we'll see a Vastatosaurus Rex vs Indominus Rex (full-grown).

King Kong 2005 is one of my all-time favorite films. Love how it was able to go from a monster horror to a beautiful love and friendship tragedy.

Honestly I love how detailed the Peter Jackson's S.I is and the inclusion of the book makes it even more detailed and lively

After watching this, I really appreciate how unique both Skull Islands are. This one has a lot more realistic depictions of creatures like dinosaurs, while the Monsterverse one has a lot more crazy looking creatures

Those death worms are the literal definition of nightmare fuel

This doesn't feel like a Goji Center video, it's very calming, definitely doesn't have that usual energy.
