One of my favorite ways to cook campfire trout is to pack it in mud and bake it beside the fire. Nothing else required. The mud dries hard and releases from the skin, no dirt gets on the eating part. Cook it until the mud completely dries and cracks from the steam. It’s delicious!

Hi Jordan. Great video. I'm in Southern California. I fish in October, November. Except when it snows. I've used your trout techniques and they've worked well. I usually cook trout in tin foil over a camp fire or BBQ when camping. But I may try your way. Keep these Great
