Swami Tadatmananda your classes are such beautiful gifts. This morning during meditation my mind was a two-trunked elephant walking through the market sampling many different "treats" at will. Afterwards I felt sad that I didn't feel the peace, love, and divine communion I was hoping for. Then I found this comforting, inspiring lesson so beautifully produced and so wonderfully educational.
Thank you 🤲 🙏

The flow of teaching is flawlessly logical and enlightening. Listeners got the answers even before formulating their questions and doubts. Thank you Swami.

Great lesson. My guru did not tell me the meaning of the mantra, and when I discovered that meaning my experience turned to an higher level of understanding. Experience and Knowledge are often not the same thing.

Thank you Swamiji. Is it better for reaching dhyana to stay with one mantra long term or can it have the same effect to switch in different meditation sessions? There are several I love and I have trouble committing to just one.

Dear Swamiji,
I have been practicing mantra meditation since last month based on your videos. How do I know if I am practicing mantra meditation correctly? After the mantra meditation session ends, My head feels heavy. The more I try to concentrate, my head becomes heavier and I get the headache-like feeling in my forehead. Is this intended? Also, I have many doubts:
1. If a thought comes, should I resist and focus on mantra? or should I observe the thought (become aware of thought) while reciting mantra.
2. Should I be aware of sounds around me while reciting mantra in my mind or should I try to concentrate 100% on the mantra only?
3. My eyes move when I am doing mantra meditation. Why is it so?

If one strongly concluded that he is a tiny part of bramma vasthu, what is the role of meditation to him?

And almost as a sidenote, Swami has just revealed the TM mantras 😂.

indeed, it is a misterious why old languages like finish, basque or sanskrit have such crazy grammars
