Meditation has always been a confusing, diluted topic but something I’ve always acheknowledged as an amazing lifelong skill. I am beyond thankful for this series and you sharing this peaceful information with us! Thank you for clarifying and offering truth to the history and genuine practice of meditation! I’ll be following along all these guides, buying your book and “climbing my tree”. Much love!

We are blessed to receive teachings from you Swamiji. A guru shows the way 🙏🙏🙏. My problem is getting the mind to be less restless. I will practice pranayama as you suggested.

Thank you, Swami-ji. I'm not sure if you or someone else from Arsha Bodha are reading this, but there was no regular Bhagavad Gita video this weekend. It seems to be missing. The last one was #38. 🙏

It depends from individuals. For me sankalpa and relaxation are detrimental to meditation, especially if they are long like in the video and in the early morning when mind and body are relaxed. They are a waste of precious time. I need just one second for sankalpa and 5 seconds for relaxation. Also the best place to meditate for me is the bed where I sleep, even if sometimes is good to change location to avoid routine.

I try to activate the bottom chakra like you taught. I can't get anyway trying to open the first chakra. Can you just skip the bottom chakra and go to the top chakra? The darkness in the mind is actually beautiful. The darker the better. You know I skipped many steps and just went straight to the top step. Why do you have to activate from bottom to top everytime? Thank you for your teaching. I used to be abled to warp through time and space with my mind before. I will keep at it, I'm just a very slow learner.
