Haunting 911 call captures day care worker's panic

Karen Ballard, who operated a day care center, was supposed to know what to do in case of an emergency regarding the children under her care.

But clearly, this wasn't the case, as is shown in a 911 call when 3-month-old, Amir Millington, stopped breathing.

The baby later was pronounced dead.

plus, the chick was clearly filled with concern and horror at what was happening. I hope you are not disparaging some wonderful poor old woman who loves kids and was trying to care for them and help poor women with affordable child care so they can work.

I can't believe you are hacking this chick for losing her cool when confronted with a dying/dead child. and you don't even say how the child died. all you did is sit there and blah blah blah about regulations and imply she was negligent. how pathetic. crap story. in the last seconds you say she was caring for 11 kids. that sounds like a real issue and, again, no substantive info. super pathetic.
