Really helpful video. Though one thing to note is that the rollover effect does work when exporting as an interactive PDF, if viewing the final PDF in Acrobat. Maybe Apple Preview doesn't support this.

Hello Bob. Excellent videos. New to Indesign and am trying to wrap the brain around interactive buttons. Need to create button, that on roll over, will turn on another button, and turn it off, on roll off. Been fighting with this a seems like ever. Any help is welcomed.

Hello I am working on a project for class and one of the next page buttons work no matter what I do. The weird thing about it is when I drag the button to the left side of the page and it clicks and flashes but won't go to the next page. However when I put the button back on the right side of the page it wont work at all. Would you have any advice or tips thank you.

Great video!😊 I do have a question and I hope someone can help me out..😮‍💨
I made a button and I got 5 pages. On page 1, 2, 3 and 4 I placed a button. Button 1 sends me to page 2, but button 2 on oage 2 sends me to page 4 instead of page 3. I don't understand why? Is it because not all the pages are placed individual?

Is it not possible to have any object with text appear once button is clicked? Once I add text to an object(shape, frame tool) the object appears when button is clicked but without the text. Anyone know a solution to this if I intend to export as interactive PDF NOT epub. ANy help appreciated. Thanks!

Dear God. Thank you. I almost made a hyperlink that I had to manually find pages in a 400+ page document.

When i try to export, I get "The Go To Page Button action is not supported in PDF. The button appearance will be preserved, but its interactivity will be dropped". I'm using CC 2021. Any suggestions how to fix this issue?
