They need to somehow display which games are currently in Quick Resume. Like how they added a label for Auto HDR in the guide menu. Especially to help prevent loss of progress on your save file.

This is actually a bad example of quick resume. Consoles in the previous generation could already switch between a game and a video app like YouTube without having to quit the game. That's just called "suspending software" which the PS4 and Xbox One could do in 2013. Same with the "close software" thing - obviously that's going to circumvent quick resume, because you...closed the software. Works the same way as suspended apps on PS4 and Xbox One.

What *is* unique about quick resume (on Xbox Series S|X) is being able to switch between multiple *games* without closing one. So any demonstration of quick resume should show *that.*

Note: Online games don't have quick resume. XIS optimised games have a good chance of being quick resume compatible but not guaranteed, while non-optimised games can also have quick resume functionality. The Quick Resume feature allows the Series X|S consoles to store three save states for full-memory Xbox Series X|S titles. Xbox One, Xbox 360, and original Xbox console titles use less memory, so the consoles can store more than three when these titles are saved.

Yeah this feature has been around since the Xbox one a think or if not the one X just I know you could do it with just the one title at a time anyways so to quick resume between 4-5 titles at a time do you have to own the digital copy of the game in order to do that coz I can’t see this working with 4-5 disc based games at a time unless you own them all digitally
