Ford Escape Hybrid No Start After Sitting (Jump Starting the Main Traction Battery)

I was working at my mom's 2007 Ford Escape Hybrid and it took me about 18 months to finish everything when 8 months was finished even after changing out the 12 volt battery the car still wouldn't start and I found out that the main traction pack needed to be jump started this is how you do it.

Thanks so much, just found that button. Fingers crossed my car will turn on again. Its only been a few days but was dead dead when I checked on it this afternoon!

I'm having the same issue, didn't know about that button. I will go outside and look for that on the kick panel on the driver's side of the vehicle. If this works I'll be back and give my experience. Thank you again
