I used to be able to remote into my Windows 2012 R2 from my Windows 7, but today I can't no longer because getting an error message that reads " An authentication error has occurred. The function requested is not supported." Any suggestions to this fix?

I cant figure this out. I am running Windows Server 2012 at home. Any my office I have 6 laptops that all access a website and mysql that is on my server at home. 1 sometimes it crashed 503error and I am sure why? Is there something I can do to fix that? Q2, how do i access my server from the office...do you have a video on how to do that or know of one? Thanks!
