Bagged shredded cheese has a ingredient that makes it so the cheese doesn't clump up, and because of that they don't melt as evenly as fresh shredded, so I think you went the right direction!

I keep thinking this'd be perfect for a d&d night! The drink variation looks particulary interesting, and I appreciate your perspective around the alcoholic vs. mocktail drinks. Also, I thought it was a cute touch the print out the cards associated with the meals/drinks, chef's kiss!

I'm so glad you also tried a non-alcoholic drink recipe from the cookbook, because I'm someone who doesn't drink alcohol at all and it was super nice to see that the book has these kinds of recipes, too (and that it was delicious!).

The design of the cookbook looks really good. Very bright, lots of pictures, and there were times where I paused the video to read the pages, and the author clearly put a lot of work into it.
