Python HTMLParser Web Scraping Tag Attributes / Save To Database

A friendly guide how to scrape specific html tags and the attributes associated with them and then save that information to various file types. This method does not require third party packages. All imported libraries come with the Python Standard Library.

Note:
In the video I said that libraries do not need to be imported; what I meant to say was the libraries do not need to be installed separately.
