On the money! If you don't know how you do it, you won't know what to do if you get into trouble or one day the tones and notes just don't come. Not to mention that improvement in voice and artistry will be left to lucky chance. All the good singers I've known worked very hard on knowing their voice and their technique.

Mam I have no idea how to sing. i am not even a bathroom singer. But recently I started to show interest in singing and musical instruments.but I hate my voice and i am 18 already.i know age doesn't matter but somehow that affects me a lot.i don't even know how to do low pitch and high pitch to find my vocal tone which is kind of embarrassing. i actually feel so depressed about this and i can't let the thought of pursuing music off my mind.what should I do?i hope you can help me with this. please excuse my English.
