think its easier to name a range "lookupCol" in row1 of the column and then do
=iferor(vlookup(value, fullTable, column("lookupCol"), false), "n/a")
. its annoying to have to use two different column ranges with xlookup assuming you set your key value pair properly as in the "name" column. wouldnt have the need to lookup via "birthday"
