The Dynamic Rates in Emuflight will drastically change stick feel! From what I understand, these Dynamic Rates are irrelevant to the PID tune, so basically, you can change the entire feel of your quad with these Dynamic Rates without messing with the PID tune to do so! I've been flying Emuflight since it's inception, and love it!

the power of FalcoX in my eyes are in the presets.. almost anyone can get a 99% tuned quad SUPER LOCKED without being an aerospace engineer, you'd have to be crazy to fly it on default tune 😅

I changed from Beta to Emuflight some months ago because it flies great on both my 5" and 3" quad without tuning AND supports the great project mockingbird stuff on my whoops. And never missed Betaflight. I kinda felt like "oh i can tell by the sound and video that this is BF and this is EF..." but i guess this is only placebo. When watching unbiased there were only one or two scenes per firmware that objecitvely showed differences like propwash where the other ones did not. But there is no "better". Like Pavel said as well: Just try it out (INav) and see what suits you. A friend is pushing me towars FalcoX - which i will try as well. Just keep open minded i guess. The different Firmwares are just different approaches to the same problem (moving that damn quad around in space). Thanks for the comparison!! :)

Thanks, great motivation for trying out ! But "Falco X on almost all FC" ? The Alpha version's list is not sooo big, I can't find my awesome Furious FPV Racepits :-( or am I missing something ? Best regards

Been eyeballing a dronecoproductions slammed squirt bnf lately since the individual parts have been a pita to hunt down, and I’ve been reluctant due to it running emuflight since I have no experience with it. I really love cerebro. My quad sounds buttery smooth but of course there are many drawbacks when you use FL1 like there is no blackbox and is out of stock forever.

Love the gates, now the sim gang has to modify their program. Pool looks great! Enough panels to charge your quad battery’s with watts to spare. And great comparison video. Learned something today.

Almost perfect xd. You could do 2 more flights, with betaflight clean reflash and try one of the emu presets (closest one to actual hardware).

Cool - inspired me to try em. EMUF worked a treat. Installed just fine. And I even flew it on a TinyHawk S. The FlightOne was a nightmare. I got the license I ordered on Sat on Mon - and that didn't improve things much. FlightOne bricked the same FC I later loaded successfully, and flew, with EMUF0.3.4. So - I'm not gonna play with FlightOne anymore. EF looks a lot like BF - but hosts a simpler OSD, also a DJI compatible OSD - which I haven't hooked up to DJI yet though - and some interesting PID presets. One of which worked nicely in my THS.

The biggest reason why someone would be interested in this video is to find out how good does one firmware fly in comparison to the other when not tuned at all and running all stock, and for FalcoX the biggest thing lots of YTber pilots have said that FL1 flies awesome until crashed and then gives pain so another point to test would be how good do these firmwares handle slight issues in the drone and still prevent enough propwash oscillation and all those low, high and mid throttle oscillations.
