Yes, thank you! Atlast other people are telling the truth about the origin of Jollof rice. The Gambians and Senegalese took it to Ghana when they immigrsted to Ghana in the 1930s. When Ghanaians went to Nigeria in the 1970s it also spread in popularity thete and other West Africa clountries. Only the Senegal deserve to boast it as theirs. As a Ghanaian I love all the different versions. ❤❤

Like you said just a theory.

Similar dishes (as you said) has always been made by different cultures even especially Asian cultures. There's no "ownership" in my opinion. How all Africans gave it the same name, that one I'm not sure lol.
