Here is the same verse in Hebrew. 

"חִכּוֹ מַמְתַקִּים וְכֻלּוֹ מַחֲמַדִּים זֶה דוֹדִי וְזֶה רֵעִי
בְּנוֹת יְרוּשָׁלִָם׃"

The Hebrew word "Machmmadim" is found here and yes it DOES sound like Muhammad but is it? Here is the Hebrew word Machmmadim 'מוחמדים'

Here is the name Muhammad in Hebrew.

You don't need to be able to read Hebrew to know this name isn't foubd in this text because Machmmadim sounds like Muhammad doesn't mean it is Muhammad it would be grammatical gymnastics to make Muhammad fit here
