Wow, just wow. Received my Titan Evo XL early today, and with the cushion and lumbar adjustment options, it feels like heaven. At 203cm tall, I’ve quite literally never felt supported by a chair, until now. Don’t think I’ll ever go back to regular chairs after this! Just superb.

Assembled my XL in 15 minutes with no issues. Well built, comfortable chair.

Installing the backrest has been way more trouble than it looks here. It won’t slide all the way down on the right one without me shoving it with a lot of force, and the left side didn’t ship in the “down” position like it is here, but fully up.

Edit: turns out shoving the left side back down got the right side loose enough to fit correctly. All assembled now and is pretty great! Looks amazing and is nice and comfy

Wow that was really easy! I'm a complete idiot when it comes to these things so rest assured that if I can do this anyone can. So happy with YouTube instruction videos, I remember the olden days when you where dependent on some vague one sheet manual that often left out context, took me hours to figure out these things. But with videos as these it's easy peasy!

My chair just came in today and I just completed my cute Soda Purple chair after watching this incredibly helpful guide. I've gone through a few simple office chairs just to get by but they only last so long until the leather of the chair itself falls apart or the bottom cushion just doesn't provide enough support. I'd say this is a well worth investment for the sake of gaming in comfort. Thank you Secretlab!

Very easy to assemble. Took me about 30 minutes to put together which includes un-boxing and deciphering instructions. May have to use Kaio-Kenx4 to get screw holes to line up when attaching to base. Would be easier if you use a wall or a friend to hold the cushion. I watched this video once and just followed the included instructions.

Thanks for the visual of the multi-tilt mechanism. I definitely installed that backward and knew something was wrong when I saw how off-balance the chair was, but watching your video probably saved me a lot of time and frustration figuring out what I got wrong. Thanks again!!!
