I got mine a few days ago. love it. I had no problem installing it. I do wish they designed a little more adjustability for taller users though. I'm 6'1" and while it feels good how it comes, it feels much better when I unbolt and flip the leg pad to make it about 2 inches farther out when extended. unfortunately that means the leg pad is only held on by 2 bolts instead of 4, but it seems just as sturdy.

I just got mine today! I love it!
I'm 5'10" I loved the chair when I got it back in Jan. Now that I got the leg rest I think I'm moving into this room! Lol
