Coming from someone who flys Alaska air every few months they pretty much scream this from the rooftops (they announce “don’t forget our baggage guarantee … if you’r bag isn’t there within 30 minutes of landing….) at the end of every flight and it’s on signs too
so maybe a different using a airline that keeps it hidden maybe would have mad more since

I have never seen any attitude from Alaska air service agents in any direction. They're always kind and respectful. I love flying with them.

Best airline. Used them to fly to....Alaska and on the way home pur bags were over weight so they asked if we minded puttingvstuff in boxes and they could check for free. They got me boxes and tape. Plus the seats were comfy (I'm fat, not fat enough to need another seat), service was polite, quick, and professional.

I used to work for Alaska Airlines twice (of course, being that it was in one of their outstations instead of their hubs, I worked for a contractor of theirs) and I also know someone who is a flight attendant of theirs as well. Personally, I do like Alaska Airlines but, First Class doesn’t give you free lounge access anymore unless you fly 2, 100 miles, which sucks but, overall, their a good airline to fly.

Well, they do announce this when you get on the plane, when you get off the plane, and while your waiting at baggage claim. Now the real detail is that they are always late and who are you going to report it too? There is no one at baggage claim to talk to.
