That looks like a non stick wok with a coating. You won’t want to heat those up too high

Where can I get a wok like the one your dad uses?

This wok looks like a non-stick one. A seasoned carbon steel wok won't have food sticking to it if oil is added when it's very hot.

I would love you, son lau & daughter lau, try to make noodles that won't stick to a wok. Like the rest of us amateurs. Not using a new non stick wok or pan, no cheating! Coz we can't. It sticks!!! It's frustrating!!
