Hello sir, i have been looking for a small answer since long, have even tried contacting sarwa team for it but havent got clarity on this, could you please help answering the question :-
1. Being a UAE resident, its written that SARWA doesnt charge any capital gains tax on US stocks trading, but i want to know if there is a minimun time period for which we have to hold the stocks in order to exempt from the tax liability on the gains or can i sell the stocks even after a week itself if the price gets considerably appreciated?
2. Is the .25% commission applicable on both buying as well as selling of the US stocks?
