Statement from Siemens, ( published in yahoo finance 9 days ago: "Due to the sanctions imposed by Canada, it is currently impossible for Siemens Energy to deliver overhauled gas turbines to the customer, " the company said.
Maybe Gazprom is telling it straight.

If US, EU and NATO countries can impose economic sanctions erratically they will not be called blackmailing Russia. In spite of all restrictions the Russia has maintained adignified approach to this problem. Why they adopt and follow isolating approach instead workout a peaceful settlement and to help solve this crisis.

EU banned NordStream 2, EU banned oil and coal imports from Russia, EU imposed sanctions which is
why there is no turbine to pump gas via NordStream 1. And they are blaming Russia for lack of energy
supplies now. This is ignorance at the highest level.
