These are just some delicious eating ribs here! Sweet, savory and sticky, these ribs would be a huge hit for your next gathering with friends and family! Use any smoker or grill and enjoy!

• 1 Rack of Baby Back Ribs
• 3 TBSP of Sweet Rub
• 3 TBSP of Savory Rub
• 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
• 1/2 Stick of Butter
• ¼ Cup of Honey
• ½ Cup of BBQ Sauce

We setup our smoker to cook indirect at 275 degrees; if it gets up to 300 that is fine. We prepped our ribs by removing the membrane and any unwanted fat. We then sliced them into individual ribs, cutting between each bone. Season each rib and let sit for about 15 mins. Place onto the smoker for about 45 mins. At the 45 min mark, flip the individual bones and cook for another 45 mins. Take the ribs off the smoker and place in an aluminum half pan. Add the honey, brown sugar, butter and BBQ Sauce over top. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and place back on the smoker for another 45 mins. We were looking for an internal temp of around 208 degrees. After the 45 mins has passed, remove the foil and using a brush baste the ribs with the pan juice. Leave on the smoker for 15 more minutes, remove and serve.
