Notice how Serral doesn't pull the Drone that's being attacked by the Reaper right away and doesn't attack the Reaper immediately with his lings. He uses the HP of the drone as a resource to buy more time.

It’s 2025 and I haven’t kept up with StarCraft and probably the last five years but when I saw the name Maru I had to click because I remember him being a very talented kid when he was playing for Prime back in the day and it’s just dope to see him now as a grown man. I wish StarCraft was as big as it used to be, but the talent is still there.

Ultra speed should not have been nerfed. Watching them get kited by stutter stepped bio is saddening and it looks like pros have mostly come to that realization.

One thing i really like about Serral is that he uses a lot of things differently than other players. Everyone so far who gets Hydra Lunge only does so to move away from things Liberator zones or Disruptor novas, but Serral uses it to turn his Hydras into hit-and-run attackers that rack up tons of value over time.

The colorcoded sides of the map are nice because it's easier to keep track of where the camera is without looking at the minimap.

35:59 this is the engagement where I thought "Serral knows exactly when Maru reacts." I think that's why he has Maru's number. I think he's got the timing down perfect for when Maru looks away at another spot, because Maru consistently is slow to react whenever Serral pulls the trigger on a big fight, and then Maru loses too much to keep up the engagement.

Maybe Clem is just more unpredictable with where he's looking?
