I feel like a rule change is inevitable. Traps either get to settable on turn 1 by second turn player, or more conditions to be able to activate them from the hand.

I have always liked cursed seal of the forbidden spell. On certain archetypes it's still useful. Using it on a branded player is hilarious

Mirror Force is great for Unchained as it can trigger Abomination's 1st effect by destroying opponents monsters BEFORE the damage step, allowing Abomination to pick apart backrow. If you are decent at link summoning, World Legacy Struggle will let you destroy spell/traps on the field up to the number of Co-linked monsters on the field. Chain Disappearance is another good one, Blue-Eyes and forcibly hard summoned handtrap decks will suffer if you pull this off as it banishes 1 monster on the field with 1000 or less Atk and then ALL other copies of that card's name from the banished card's owner's hand and deck.
