Grilled Octopus Ceviche, using the G'rillaQue and the Weber Kettle. The octopus was marinaded prior to cooking in a ceviche mix of lime juice, herbs and spices. Grilled quickly, it was then served with chopped ceviche ingredients; tomatoes, chilies, onion, cilantro and lime.

What is the wire loop at the 2:20min mark in roughly the middle of the grill? Is this part of the G'rillaQue? I need to my local asian market to get some octipi soon!
