Steps to set up the DNS Servers:

Login to your WHM(Root)
Find ConfigServer Explorer
Go inside the Directory etc

nameserver [IP_Address]
nameserver [IP_Address]

[Note: In place of IP_Address write the real IP resolver. For ex. nameserver 173.254.145.28]
