Thank you for all the lovely comments. It was such a nerve racking experience. I have never performed a song for anyone let alone a live audience of over 20, 000 people. There were a few nervous notes in there but I gave it everything I’ve got and loved every minute. The whole choir was spectacular and so incredibly supportive as was the fantastic audience. Such a monumental moment in all our lives and such an honour ❤

The choir was by far the best part of the concert. Big stars are always big stars, but to see ordinary people from so many walks of life taking centre stage was truly inspiring.

I just watched the documentary about how they put it all together...and with only 1 rehearsal all together, because they came from all over the UK!!! Massive undertaking. Beautiful end result. Tears of joy.
