Taren S. is a proud Southern Conjuring Witch with over 40 years of experience in the magickal community. About Taren S (Mama Brigit)
Author. Crossroad Witch. High Priestess. Taren S. stood in her first magickal circle at 17 years old in the backwoods of North Carolina in an American Witchcraft Folkloric Tradition. Her original coven has hived off several times since forming over 30 years ago.
She is a southern conjuring Witch with deep ancestral roots in the dirt. I love hearing other witches talk about Hecate, especially those who got the opportunity to hear her actively call for them. She's my matron and has been with me since I was little, so once I started my practice I knew a deity has been looking after me. Some tarot readings later, I knew it was her, and that was that. About 2 years ago at my apartment I felt an internal voice of a woman telling me "Remember who you are" fast forward to a month ago and it happened again and then I saw the same phrase on an ad. Some weeks ago I'm in my room as I'm reading a book something tells me to look for another specific book. As I'm searching, my hand stops at the book called "Entering Hekate's Garden". I'm looking for a specific page and when I get to pg.11 that same phrase was there, "Remember who's you are" that experience had me in tears🥲

I'm literally starting my Hecate research right now, with this video, after a reiki session today where I was told something like Hecate and the Morrigan are waiting for me/looking out for me. I'd been getting random stuff from both of them, but I thought it was just internet algorithm type stuff. You saying Hecate is the goddess of transformation, wanting you to realize your strength, and lowkey kicking your ass into where you're supposed to be but letting you actually do it... that's all vibing 100% with what's been happening in my life in the last year. Like, I'm going back to college again because of an absolutely insane connection between the school and something I did a few years back. I've been involved in witchcraft long enough (15ish years) to know when something is NOT a coincidence, but I've never worked with a deity at all before. Also thinking that maybe a couple others might be calling, but I'm gonna research Hecate first. Anyway, this was a really long comment, sorry lol, but I just wanted you to know that you're the first step in my research and it's already validating. Thank you!

Thank you so much for this video. I never understood people being scared of her. She never scared mr she is always motherly to me and very protective over me. She doesnt ask much of me. She is happy even if I I light a candle in her honour. She is happy for simply honouring her by waking in darkness. I assume everyone has their own personal experience with Hecate. She is my dark mother i feel safe when i call upon her name. She doesnt fail she gives strength I never experienced before. Her latest honour candle literally ended by the shape of heals of boots but also i felt it meant i need to step my foot down and dominate my life and my troubles. She is such a powerful deity. Her purple candles or any colour, she is so acceptive even about white candle when I engrave her name. It's just me honouring her. She is just so so kind I dont understand why are people scared. Lately I realised she was with me all my life. Its crazy. At age 35 I realise this. But better late than ever right? Hecate simply accept anything I offer... in the local park I got a place where I dig down the wax and ring offerings but when I cant due to my depression she accepts a simple candle in her honour. Last night before I went to sleep, I held my selenite bowl of crystals and meditated into the intention that in my dreams, I would meet some deities or Spirit guides that are around me. Someone came to me. She was wearing all black and surrounded by beautiful purple fog/smoke. She didn't say a lot, but she told me to remember the date 6/16. When I first woke up this morning, I couldn't remember her name. She didn't say it verbally, but I could see it spelled out in the dream. I remembered that I sort of thought that it looked like a stone / crystal name. After some Googling, I found her. It was Hecate. And now my mind is blown and I'm researching like crazy!

i remember when i was in 9th grade i was walkng to my school bus stop at like 6 something in the morning and there was like this brown smokey fog outside that my me scared to walk to my bus stop for some reason but then suddenly this big black dog started walking next to me and while it was there I didnt feel afraid. When I final got to the stop the dog waited next to me there until other people came and the fog lightened up and the dog was gone. At the same time this bus stop is actually at a crossroad
