Hi, I am also a daughter of Hecate. She came and found me when I was lost and not sure which decision to make, truly at the crossroads. My focus had always been in helping others, to the point where I forgot to help myself. I heard her say 'no more tears -go back to your roots' and in a moment I knew exactly what she meant. She helped me back and watched over me as I stood up and reclaimed my life. Now I still help other people when and where I can, but I also take care of my own needs and wants. Now there is balance. I Love that she does not 'soft soap' me but expects me to be accountable for my words, deeds and actions and indeed, she will hold me to my word. In my experience she cares for people on the streets, those unhoused and surviving state violence. Feed people, do not repulse or turn away from beggars, care for the streets and those who know them. I first found this video about a year ago when I was going thru my dark night of the soul. Half of her face changed and was Hecate speaking thru her. I began building an alter to her that day and I’m now a devoted Hecatean witch.

im pretty sure hecate chose me but im still a bit in denial about it. i went to this spiritual thing with a friend and i had a beautiful vision of something that felt like the moon embracing me. i called it "Mother?" and it showed me my mother and grandmother in a line of succession, but she also showed me herself above the three of us, she was much much grand. for the first time in my life i experience true joy, self-love and no fear at all. and confident as well, and that feeling has lingered since especially as i've been nurturing it lately. the feeling brought me to tears and after i shared the experience with my brother [ who is very spiritual ] he told me about hecate. my knowledge about her at that time was that she was the goddess of witchcraft and that was that. after that i've been thinking about her and researching about her a lot and its this strange feeling that i know her? like the more i learn about her and see the experiences of other hecate children i go "yeah, that sounds like Mother" and i've been drawing and writing again after that experience. i had been going through art and writers block since the pandemic which is also when i got my heart broken, and my artistic heart had died.

im thinking of building a shrine for her and just maybe delving down this path with her to see where it leads
