I don't understand. Yes the nose is different but so is everything else. It looks like she had a facelift - her entire face looks completely different. Her eyes are a different shape and the jaw is slimmer. She literally look like a different person so if you did the nose then who did the rest?

I think he nose was beautiful. I felt she looked so regal, now her nose is fine but an everyday nose. She looks great before and after, but i liked the before
