This is golden advice and a necessary warning. You did your part. We will soon realize what things in life are truly valuable. First thing is learning to care for our own bodies, mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually...we need to learn to love ourselves first. Treat others as you would want to be treated. Learn to be more in touch with nature and connect with it, it is a great teacher. Put our instinctual and innovative muscles to work again. We need to depend more on each other than the idea of big brother gov't coming to the rescue.
