Prickly pear fruit also known as tuna is the fruit from a cactus. This fruit has a sweet and slightly tart flavor, and can be eaten raw, cooked, or juiced. To eat raw, remove the skin being careful not to touch the spines on the fruit then slice and eat!. Just be careful of the hard pits inside!

You can also easily remove the seeds by straining the fruit through a fine-mesh strainer! This works perfect for jellies, syrups and juices!

Tried it. Not really pleasant taste, kinda like.. peach+strawberry+some grassy taste, all the tastes aren't really strong. But the seeds is too hard to chew, and i don't see any pleasure in spitting that much seeds while eating the fruit. I understood about spikes too late, and they were in my hand for a few days. Not the greatest experience in my life😑
