SnowRunner: How to INSTALL mods manually

In my SnowRunner how to install mods manually video, I (try to) show the manual, automatic and semi-automatic methods for getting mods to work on PC and console. Any issues? Let me know in the comments. It can be a fiddly process.

As a modder, this is overly complicated to install this mod. Early mods where a pain to install. Every mod is different.

Got any advice? My mod browser is grayed out...and when manually installing, things don't work (invalid truck). Also i get an error message saying modio.dll is missing....

I opened my Initial.pak file in both Winarchieve pro and 7-zip, 6, 771 files 0 folders. Just an example, Shaman.89222 has 4 pak files. A different file only has 1 .pak file. Yet another has several folders with .pak files and .xml files. Do I just drop them all into the initial.pak file?? That is what I am receiving from this tutorial. I grabbed 5 mod zips that have different contents. I really don't want to crash my game but I DO want these mods installed. I did not download these files from Modio.

Quick question, hopefully this doesn't sound dumb... I'm pretty computer savvy but when doing this, do you then "permanently" own the mod forever? It seems when going through the mod browser say I subscribe and download the truck with 64000 fuel etc and place a few at remote locations for backup fuel stations but if the developer takes the mod down my game forcefully deletes them. Would this bypass that? Allowing me to permanently own the modded vehicle and no one can make it disappear from my game because the developer of it just decides to take it down? I play on PC but also is there a way to do this for console? Permanent ownership of the mod instead of "borrowing" it at all times until someone decides to remove it? Thanks for any assistance with this.

Is there a limit for the number of mods enabled to use in a game (some are 300 mb)? I subscribed about 100 mods but only 40 are"on". Can I put on in 60, 70 mods at once? Nice rides.

What is PC.PAK? And it's purpose when included in the various mods one desire's to manually install.

Would love to know how to activate the mods when not connected to the internet or using an illegitimate copy of the game. The mod menu is unable to be opened with no connection and there must be some variable somewhere that can be changed to activate the mod?
