I just went a bought snowrunner and i do not see the mod browser in the menu....what do i need to do??

The only down fall to this method is that the mods will not stay on once you exit thus you have to remember to turn them all back on again every time you enter the game thus your mod/s will be gone leaving you having to repurchase them again once you turn them back on. I'd like to learn how to manually install them so that I can bypass the mods all together and have them in with the coop trucks if possible.
