The paintings with the eyes represent your character’s feeling of always being watched by the neighbor, and almost all the mini games represent his fears one represents his fear of school, another one represents how little and powerless he feels in the presence of the neighbor, the last room that has a crashed train represents the car crash that killed Mr. Peterson’s wife/ the Neighbor’s wife and the plank represents the ending of Hello Neighbor Hide and Seek when the son of the neighbor pushes his sister off the plank presumably killing her.

there is a feature where in the box with that chicken, there is a seed. by the "grave yard" you can plant it. water it every once in a while and it will grow into a tree. look for a golden apple in it and throw something at it to knock it down. pick it up and go to the left of the neighbors house there should be a record player type thing. throw the apple in it...
