Eat real food most of the time & move your body ! This is being healthy !

It’s true the type of calories doesn’t matter for weight loss as long you’re in a calorie deficit, but the quality of food matters about how you feel while being in that deficit.

This can determine how well you can handle staying in a deficit for weight loss to happen.

Me personally when I eat food that’s not that great in quality my workouts suffer big time.

Quality of food does matter I don’t care what they say !

Also.... Don't fear Fasting so that you tap into the stored energy you are currently carrying. Most of us are already carrying breakfast, lunch, and dinner around our waste and thighs...
