Wrist and elbow pain using the straight bar is real for a lot of people. EZ bar allows me to max out effort with no joint pain.

Important to say that straight bar (if you don't fleel discomfort) is only beneficial if you want to isolate biceps. A study by Marcolin et al. suggests no significant difference in biceps activation.

My wrists are a bit inward, so I mostly use curl bar to have no pain, with straight bar, I get pain in wrists and my form worsens, both of them are good

Straight bar hurts my elbows no matter how wide the grip… z bar fixes the pain and allows me to go to failure

I just started using the straight bar and never going back to the ez curl again. I totally get those with wrist issues sticking to the ez bar but if you can i would stick with the straight bar 100%

But if you like your wrists then use the EZ Bar also you can switch your grip up to hit your bicep different ways also point your knuckles towards the ground when curling n hit forearms at the same time

Why do you force the extension of your arms to lock out? Clealry near the bottom your biceps have lost the tension on them and for some odd reason you decide to push them out further, isnt that counter productive and slightly dangerous?

Yeah, there might -- and i mean MIGHT -- be a sub-micron fractional difference in possible gains between the two different bars in regards to biceps development in real world terms . . . but than again, probably not.

my forearm muscles are massive and when they get a pump my movement gets extremely limited therefore I can only use ez bars for biceps
