Hello friends! Thank you for all the comments and the amazing support! And also thank you for all the feedback you have given me (whether it be positive or critical)! From your comments, I have found out that this video contains some errors and that I have missed some crucial things that should have been included, and I sincerely apologize for that. I thought I did my research properly but I clearly didn't and I'm really sorry about that, but thanks to you all commenting in this video, I now know that I need to research properly for my future videos. Despite everything, I still hope you have enjoyed this video! ^^ Thank you so much once again, and I'll see you in my next video! (and in the comments lol) <3

One thing I love that I didn't see you mention with the 3DS version, is that when you enter an area from Hyrule Field, the time of day in the area matches the exact time of day as Hyrule Field, so you can see these places with actual sunsets and sunrises. I love the sunset in Kakariko Village. In the original Ocarina of Time, the game would choose to display either night or day depending on when you went somewhere. If it was sunset, it would directly be night, etc.

you missed out the fact that the Biggoron Swords sheath has been changed to match the blades length instead of being the same as the master swords from the N64 version

I had and still have the Gold 1.0 N64 version of Ocarina of Time. You might not have known this but in Version 1.0 there is blood in some of the rooms in both the Bottom on the Well and the Shadow Temple. The 3Ds version changed Dead Hand another 3DS change was the boat in the Shadow Temple.

Actually, the D-pad has a pratical use, you can hold it to any direction while playing the ocarina and the sound will change! Each of the directions gives you a different sound while playing R, L, X, Y, and A, and it also works for all the different instruments on Majora's mask 3D

This vid is super underrated! I haven't seen anyone else go into this nearly level of depth on all the version differences

In the 3ds version, Deku Sticks are now just as strong as the Kokiri Sword, instead of as strong as the Master Sword.

13:08 taking the ocarina off the item wheel seems amazing. Top tier qol feature

One thing I noticed that was different that you didn't mention. Is that Dark LInk is more aggressive in the water temple. And not so much in sync with the original Link. Making him far easier to beat in the 3DS version. Then in the N64 & game cube version.

9:09 the reason for this is because originally, the ending scenes lagged like hell due to all the NPCs present, so they had built the pacing of the cutscene with the lag in mind. Since the Wii/Wii U versions is more powerful... yea. The Gamecube versions end credits was actually converted into prerendered video format because of this issue, though i don't know why they didn't do that with the wii/wii u versions

Very nice, I want to see version differences for Links Awakening. The Ports and Remakes of that game differ higher than OoT.

11:40 you can actually disable the mini map by holding D-pad down. Just a curiosity tip.

The only use of the ice arrows in Ocarina of Time is: You only need to shoot one hand of Bongo-Bongo to make him charge you with his eye. Yes, mind blowing! Why use two arrows if you can use a single arrow with magic?

Deku nuts are awesome. You can stun so many things with it... even ganon is effected and you can hurt his tail with em.

I grew up playing OOT on the N64, and where I like the 64 over any other home console ..I gotta admit, this game (for me) plays SO much better on the Nintendo 3DS. It just makes doing certain things much easier. But, all that being said, the N64 will ALWAYS have a special place in my heart for as long as I'm still living.

I like playing both the N64 and 3ds version of OOT I just wished they made the 1 and 2 sloth be used by pressing one of the d-pad buttons

the View motion control stuff is very cool. I haven't played this game since 1998. Replaying the 3ds version 25 years later!

Slight correction on the glitch fixing, you can still leave the fishing pond with the fishing rod on 1.1 and 1.2 cartridges, however, a particular method of doing so was patched, that being you equip the Hover Boots, run into the water until you start hovering above it, and then before the Hover Boots wear off, cast the rod.

I was thinking Wind Waker HD, Majora Mask 3D, Twilight Princess HD, and Link's Awakening Switch
