thanks for posting this. my wheel I just picked up seems rattly as well, it turns out it is about like that, I have tweaked it a bit and toned it down but light marbles sound it seems almost normal I can share on Dropbox if you like to pm me for the vid. I have been going crazy trying to figure it out, Darin has helped a bit but I still thought these were supposed to be silent.

Are you going to make any videos with rFactor 2?  RF2's force feedback pretty much annihilates any other sims' FFB, and completely blows iRacing's FFB out of the water, and that's just with a toy T500RS, I couldn't even imagine with your wheel :)
