This did not work with my new Apple watch and I suspect new iPhones or Google phones on my 2019 Chrysler Pacifica Limited. UConnect support tells me that I need to go to a dealer and pay them to do a firmware update QR39.5

When I press the VR button, it defaults to the Renegade's navigation system instead of CarPlay. How do I get the VR button to use CarPlay?

I just took my compass in for service and CarPlay no longer works, it did work before taking it.
