Anyone else finding the Sennheiser EW-DP to be kicking ass all season? Made with photographers in mind, but the masters over at NLFX are sharing how cool it is with a lot of of us in the DJ space as well.

The reason why your expensive wireless system worked better is because you had direct light on sight with the transmitter and receiver placed directly on top of the speaker. If you used 2 XLR
cables and did the same with the budget system it would work better.

I have the Alto Stealth MKII for distance but for a standard hookup (speakers 5 to 25 ft away from the
Iboard) I’ve been using the Coda Air Sync and they have been flawless. They use the allowable 600 band that not many companies use and I have had zero issues.

Mine works great without drop outs. To each his own

You don't have a line of sight, they are hiding, g and worst, they are pointing in the opposite direction, n so due to the worst possible test you can do it did a great job.

Awesome video

The way you mimic the way the wireless system is cutting out 😂😂😂

I used them, had them plugged into my mixer directly and they worked just fine. The desire to not adopt new technology is astounding. Are you being paid by cable companies?

I have the Sennheiser G4 IEM system. Cheap? Definitely not, but brilliant.

I use the 1 xvive transmitter to 2 receivers. I usually have no time to setup so I had to find an alternative to running cables. I’ve had maybe 3 issues in over like 200 events which were solved by switching channels or adding a xlr cable to the transmitter to reposition it. I have better wireless, I use 6 shure slxd mounted in a rack with a Soundcraft mixer. I just find it easier to use the xvive than to mount a receiver to a speaker

I just love your videos for your hilarious comments, but also very informative comments.
I even watched some of your videos when I have no interest in the product you are reviewing?
But I have got a great deal of knowledge from watching videos on equipment that I was interested in buying and you convinced me which ones to buy . Thank you for that and keep me laughing..❤️☘️👍😂

You didn't set them? They have 7 channels. Find the clear one and set them both on it and they are solid. Not far away but I use them as a back of room fill in or as a deck or patio fill in. Works fine on good channel. At $100 bucks it's a lot better then spending 800 bucks.

As to sound not a good comparison as one speaker was inside the garage and the receiving speaker out in the open!

This is so true. I have the Sennheiser XSW-D XLR Base Set and they are really poor. Crackling and popping. I thought I was doing something wrong, but have come to the conclusion, mic dongles are not powerful enough.

at the end of the day... cheap is cheap, you get what you pay for.... why we charge so much for events ! We use quality Sennheiser wireless solutions (G4) and QSC

You could even use a pocket receiver on your speaker, so no need to power up and it’s compact, so no need to place the half 19 receiver on top of the speaker :-)
