for part 2, i'm back home in LA to give you the full at home "glow up." sharing my highly requested workout routine -- which is always changing, so i provided some of my fav exercises as a starting point. meal ideas, current makeup & shower routine, etc.! and a spontaneous shoe diy thrown in there as well hehe.
