Brian Nichol is/was a great CEO - remember he also revitalized Taco Bell before Chipotle. I think Chipotle will carry on OK at least in the short/medium term, but I worry about their ability to grow like they did without Nichol.

When you analyzing the average growth rate in your video, in my opinion you are using the wrong formula. In the case of Chipotle, it should be 11% average growth rate, not 38% as in the file. It is a bit misleading. When I using your file I have the formula: =(L6/C6)^0.1-1 ;) Why do you use the usual average of percentage results? :)
