It's stupidly expensive the public transport in Berlin

Yes if you don't check in / check out / have ticket for sprinter e60 fine minimum.

They will also kick you off and you will walk, not fun.

The only acceptable excuse is that you paid for your ticket, but a foreigner and don't understand the process.

I accidentally bought a "dog ticket" and the lady checking my ticket gave me an odd look, an chuckle, but it's because I was having a hard time with the machine - at least I paid lmao
