Scott Free Discusses Leadership, Passion

CEO of Lusardi Construction, Scott Free talks about his personal style of leadership and the value of passion and balancing hard work with fun while speaking at "In the Executive's Chair" -- an open course at CSUSM that invites the community and business students to hear valuable advice from business leaders.

Initially starting out as a laborer and project engineer, Free's interest in construction, which stemmed from his father and brother who launched Free Builders Supply Inc. in Vista, has helped him climb the ranks of Lusardi to CEO, a position he's held for nearly three years.
